Cambrian’s first playground installation has begun!
New master-planned community to open in Sherwood Park
Rohit’s Cambrian, a master planned community located north of Yellowhead Trail on Clover Bar Road, is launching their first stage of over 200 lots this year. The community will ultimately be home to 4500 future residents with a diverse range of housing types, rich with amenities, including business employment, a school site, church site, neighborhood and grocery-anchored commercial, other civic services and a plethora of parks and naturalized open spaces.

“We’re bringing on more than 200 lots for new homes, with some walkout lots backing onto a pond,” says Scott Rudman, Rohit senior project manager, land development. “This is just the beginning. In future phases, Cambrian will feature ravine lots which haven’t been available in quite some time in Sherwood Park.”
